Dear Milvets and friends of Milvets,
Please join us as we honor members of the Columbia staff (especially Amber Griffiths, our guest of honor!) and celebrate the conclusion of the academic year. We will be presenting awards, BBQing and hopefully enjoying warm, sunny weather. We ask that anyone who wishes to attend please RSVP as early as possible through the Milvets page on facebook or by emailing us (milvets [at] gmail) with your name and "Attending" or "Tentative" in the subject line. Below are the details:
Event: 2011 Milvets Awards & BBQ
Date: Monday, May 2nd
Time: 5:30pm - 8:00pm
Location: Morningside Park picnic area
Feel free to bring footballs, baseball gloves, frisbees, pets, etc. If you bring alcohol, please be advised that due to park rules, you will have to be discreet with any alcohol consumption (i.e. no bottles or cans).
